Commissioned by Fletcher Living Auckland South, Carey Earthmoving undertook the construction of multiple timber retaining walls across multiple lots as one of the pre-house building requirements on this Beachlands residential site.  The existing timber retaining walls were not adequately designed to cater to the FFL depth of the proposed house, and so an additional set of walls was agreed upon.
